1-Hour Narrated Scenic Harbor Tour
June - October - Kids $8, Adults $17

Experience the sights, sounds, and feel of beautiful Newburyport Harbor, the Great Salt Marsh, and the Merrimack River aboard the 40 passenger "Yankee Clipper." Since 1979 we have provided narrated scenic tours of one of New England's best kept secrets! Our crew will weave together the area's maritime, economic, and natural history, from the end of the last Ice Age 15,000 years ago to the most modern elements of life in one of America's most storied harbors. You'll also learn what makes the salt marsh one of the most productive and biodiverse ecosystems on the planet! Common wildlife sightings on this trip include osprey, eagles, hawks, herons, egrets, diving cormorants, and deer! Trips depart at 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 5pm daily.

2 1/2 Hour Ecotour- Parker River National Wildlife Refuge

Sunday, September 1   8:30 A.M. to 11 A.M.
Monday, September 2   8:30 A.M. to 11 A.M.

The Great Salt Marsh spans 25,000 acres, and roughly 20% of it is federally protected. The Parker River National Wildlife Refuge is one of North America's top five birding spots during certain times of the year, serving roughly 350 different species of migratory birds. Several million birds use the refuge, and we run trips when the tide allows. Pristine beauty, wide open space, gorgeous views, and the chance to float up and down the peaceful, winding creeks of the world's second most productive ecosystem await you. Learn how Plum Island and the Great Marsh were formed, and how important they are to the Web Of Life on Earth. Bring your binoculars, sunscreen, and curiosity!

Adults, $30, Kids, $15. This trip is offered by reservation only - Call (978) 417-1177 for reservations.
